Refund:
* If the customer cancels the order 5 days before the delivery date,
customer will get full refund.
* If the customer cancels the order 3 days before the delivery date,
customer will get refund of 50% of the total amount.
* If the customer cancels the order less than 3 days before the delivery
date, no refund will be made.
Return & Replace:
If customer not satisfied with item for a valid reason, item may be
replaced if recipient can send back the item as delivered within 3 working
days, but cannot be refunded.
We will surely replace the item if you can inform us within 24 hours
upon delivery of your items if:
* Faulty items.
* Items damaged in transit.
